[Feature request] Menu available in fullscreen mode, hidden

In the fullscreen mode, the menu would be hidden, but the user can access it by moving the cursor to the top edge of the screen. That way, the SG options are still available and the fullscreen mode can be toggled without the use of global hotkeys, which can be turned off, which forces the user to use Alt+F4 to exit the fullscreen mode and then open and set up the whole software again.
