IDK why with another PC's works fine, but to me it's not is the case, I want to know if this have a solution or not, I show this screenshots (if you want to know what I means)

Hard to say, this Windows version should work and my test machine with it does work fine. Is there anything special about your setup, like dual-GPU laptop? Neither Window or Desktop capture modes work?
