Endpoint A sends a ProcessPaymentRequest to PaymentProcessor, the need is to test the “PaymentProcessor doesn’t reply” scenario and validate that the payment timeout fires and the escalation process behaves as expected.

One way is #62 in combination with #64 or a much simpler way is to intercept message processing and ACK without processing.
