So for example to be able to artificially send expired timeouts. In theory, it can be done in a FeatureStartupTask that can depend on the IntergrationScenarioContext where users can register their SagaData. The IntergrationScenarioContext can then expose a IsSagaDataCreated<TSagaData>(...) that can be used in a When condition to wait for the saga data instance to be created before kicking off the test.
