Autolinks is not working for mattermost cloud instance. #1174

Summary:
When pasting a ticket link or the ticket ID for a Jira project in a cloud OAuth setup, they are not rendered as links in the channel.

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect your Jira account to the Mattermost cloud instance.
Add the autolink plugin to the Mattermost cloud instance.
Disable and enable the Jira plugin.
Paste the ticket link or ticket ID in the channel.

On looking into the logs

unable to setup autolink due to missing API Token or Admin Email

@arush-vashishtha Please try setting up autolink after adding API token and email to the Jira plugin onfiguration
