Hello,

I downloaded the IPA file for Mattermost Mobile v2.22.0 and attempted to install it on my iPhone 7 Plus using Apple Configurator.

However, the installation was unsuccessful for both the signed and unsigned versions.

It is restricted to do upgrading the current Mattermost Server version (v9.5) and the iOS version on my iPhone 7 Plus.
That's why I am not able to use the latest versions and trying with these old versions.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you.

@seniordev555 What version OS are you running on your iPhone 7+?

@rahimrahman It is 15.8.3 on my iPhone 7 Plus. This is the latest version that I can upgrade (since this is very old model).

@seniordev555 Ok, our minimum deployment target is 15.1, so you should be fine.

I'm not entirely certain what the problem is. Is there any errors? Are you able to install any other version at all (lower or higher, just to install, not to use just yet)?

@rahimrahman I tried to install higher (v2.23.0) and lower (v2.21.0) versions through Apple Configurator but got this error message.

Ah, so you haven't been able to installed any MM app of any version. I believe it can only be installed on approved devices. But you can try using TestFlight:

https://testflight.apple.com/join/Q7Rx7K9P

Each version is only good for 90 days, though. So the lowest version available is 2.23.0.

Can you also elaborate why you have to go with an older version of Mattermost Mobile app? Because mobile v2.x should be compatible with Mattermost server 7.1+.
