We are still running 1.4.3 and I see 1.4.4 is out. Do you expect this issue to remain the same between 1.4.3 and 1.4.4?

We’ve been struggling with this issue or a few releases. I will no doubt upgrade. Is there anyway to provide more info apart from simple letting you know there is this issue, which isn’t helpful to resolve this issue!

What can I get for info to you to help? Thanks. 🙏

1.4.4 only addresses the possibility that messages can be missed when using a sliding-sync client, and this fix is extremely janky and will absolutely be followed another update, probably 1.4.5 in about one week.

Is there a problem with your notification counts? Is the client using sliding-sync? If so I advise hanging on for another week. If not, this would be a separate issue and we should get to the bottom of it if you have more details to share.

Yes Element Pro Work is just Element X essentially, I am running on a beta on Android and IOS. I had this issue prior to the betas.

I am willing to wait or provide more info whichever you like
