Is there a way to automatically include a title based on the frontmatter? For example, if this is the frontmatter:

---
title: About these notes
---

Lorem ipsum

Then is it possible for gatsby-digital-garden to automatically include a title line so the source looks as if this was written:

# About these notes

Lorem ipsum
