"Husky install" failure on yarn

Hi friends,
I'm trying to debug an error in the yarn install for my project, where I get:

error /<my dir>/node_modules/@materializecss/materialize: Command failed.
Exit code: 1
Command: husky install
Arguments:
Directory: /<my dir>/node_modules/@materializecss/materialize

I'm not very familiar with husky, but from the husky page

if your package is not private and you're publishing it on a registry like npmjs.com, you need to disable postinstall script using pinst. Otherwise, postinstall will run when someone installs your package and result in an error.

My package.json contains

    "@materializecss/materialize": "^1.1.0",

I didn't see any existing discussions about this but is this a known issue?
