Normally, this file is getting generated. Not quite sure, why I didn't work for you, but it is generated after the first start of the extension, and will remain in the icons folder. Either try to reinstall the extension, or download the SVG file manually and place it into the icons directory, where it's missing:

What's the default folder icon SVG filename called? for some reason it doesn't show up in my VSCode and I checked the extension files and their is no SVG file with name
