[BUG] Link preview strips off anchor part

Current Behavior

When using a URL with an anchor in a post, i.e. ..../bla#anchor, the link preview at the bottom of the post does not include the anchor part, leading to an incorrect destination.

Expected Behavior

The link preview should link to the exact URL in the post, and leave the anchor attached

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@paulmelis/111351759115031787
2. The URL in the post text is https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/23261#issuecomment-1547543362, yet the link for the link preview at the bottom is https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/23261, missing the anchor part.

This is actually also an issue in the regular web-version of Mastodon. But it's really weird as viewing the same post from step 1 in the Ivory app actually does use the correct link (including the anchor) for the preview.
