AMD AMF, hardware accelerated scene detection

Hi,

The AMD AMF (Advanced Media Framework) has the bits in place to do scene change detection and to inform you about it.
You can read about it in their PreAnalysis part of AMF here.

How to use it can be found in this sample code.

I have no clue how accurate or good it is. Just that i read about it and thought i'd mention it here in this project in case people here find it interesting.

As a disclaimer, i am not affiliated with AMD. I do use AMD and am playing with encoding every now and then.
