Anonymize IBANs from log messages

Stuff like IBAN numbers can be masked to DK*****1234 or something to reduce leaking of sensitive information for log sharing.

Yes, this would make log sharing somewhat easier. However, there still remains a lot of other sensitive information, such as counterparty name(s), amounts etc. IBAN is not actually that sensitive, it's more like a home address: you're welcome to send me money! Merely removing IBANs would still not make my log entries sharable anyway.

Also, removing these kinds of things from logs may make tracing and/or log parsing more difficult. So it is a tradeoff: at least it should be possible to disable this sanitation.
