Describe the new feature

First of all, glad to see (formally WingetUI) removed from the title bar. 🙂

I have a suggestion if I may please? Can we have the UnigetUI version number on the title bar please? This will help us know right away what version we are running on instead of going to About Screen.

Describe how this new feature could help users

Visibly easy to know the current running version.
