Marp CLI does not work when the current directory contains "習の" in the path

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with Marp CLI on Windows 11 (Japanese). When the current directory contains the characters "習の" in its file path, Marp fails to execute properly.

No HTML file is generated, and Marp exits silently without errors.
If I rename the directory to D:\tmp\a, the same command works fine, and HTML is generated successfully.

This happens with the latest Marp CLI v4.1.1.
Marp CLI v4.0.3 works fine regardless of the directory name.

Try installing Marp CLI with npm. We recommend to install and run Marp with Node.js instead of using standalone binary, because the packaged version of Marp has limited Intl support by using small-icu build of Node.js.

I installed Marp CLI via npm (npm install -g @marp-team/marp-cli), and it worked fine regardless of the directory name.

As a result of further investigation, that issue occurs in Node.js v22.13.x. It does not only limited for Marp CLI, and it brings in other Node.js scripts. The latest LTS v22.14.0 seems not to bring this.
