Add the test for Bun on GitHub Actions

Please create a GitHub Action that runs tests in a Bun environment for now. We can make corrections later if necessary. It's important that the GitHub Actions workflow is fairly complete upon creation. Any required fixes to the test failures will be addressed in separate issues and pull requests.
