RNode Firmware 1.30 released, important fixes

Hello everyone! I just uploaded a new RNode Firmware release, and also updated and expanded the device compatibility in the rnodeconf autoinstaller.

The new firmware addresses a bug that caused some boards to be stuck in 1 mw output power, even if configured differently by rnodeconf or RNS. So if you are using RNodes based on LilyGO/TTGO boards, updating them to 1.30 is definitely recommended :)

You can update rnodeconf by issuing the command pip install rnodeconf --upgrade.

After that, you can update the firmware of any RNode by running rnodeconf -u /dev/ttyUSB0 (replace the port with a different one where relevant).
