It's pretty basic, please refer to either the repository or the Matrix channels for additional information, but generally it uses LXM messages to send messages to a subscriber list upon an event. It has both a NomadNet interface and can be configured through Sideband through messages. It's currently available for Reticulum related Github releases on BtB Node Romeo.

Let me know if you have any feedback or manage to break it.

Also, blacklisting is serious and needs to be manually undone by the server owner, so be aware if you want to play with it.
