Add system prompt setting

At now the chat is limited, because it does not know where my home folder is located, so I want to utilize @modelcontextprotocol/server-memory server to make conversation more personalized.

I added it as a new MCP Server in ~/.mcp.json (btw you have a typo in your readme pointing to mcp.json), but to make it essential part of a conversation I need a system prompt like described here.
