When the view zooms in (going from a long maneuver to a short maneuver) the current location is lost temporarily.

Have the view zoom into the current location, not the center of the screen
Zoom in with a smooth transition

mjcunningham modified the milestones: 0.7, 0.8

ecgreb removed this from the 0.8 milestone
