コース・距離の特徴をチェックリストに落とし込みたい
ただし特徴をまずは抽出するところから

例：(あくまで仮説なのでよく検証したい)
京都ダ1400m：外枠有利(芝スタート)、先行(netkeibaでの先、逃、大)

コースによって条件が違うので、1つ満たしたら◯、2つ以上満たしたら◎みたいなことになるかも
