Describe the outcome that is desired.
We should add manual testing instructions on https://developer.mantidproject.org/Testing/Indirect/DataReductionTests.html for the ISIS Diagnostics and Transmission tabs. This will help us catch more issues during manual testing in the future.

There are some workflow examples in our user interface documentation that we might be able to use e.g.

Acceptance Criteria

ISIS Diagnostics and Transmission tabs each have manual testing instructions
