unsp DRC issue

with jak_pooh (added in #4640 )
there is a bug with the unsp DRC and one of the minigames.

repro steps

1. boot game, press button until you get to game select screen
2. select game in the top right 'light tag'
3. attempt to walk left, you will walk right instead.

when using -nodrc you walk left as expected

there is a separate bug in the same minigame, which applies to both drc and nodrc modes whereby once you uncover one of your friends the game freezes when they run offscreen, I suspect this is another CPU bug, although it could be with the SoC emulation.
