Hi @joerom1! Yes very much still interest, you may find the discord more active that the repo discussion area. The wiki includes everything you need to get started and you can post questions here or in discord.
I'm currently working on a new release but that is an entirely different version and will take a while before it is ready for release, so it's up to you whether to wait for that or not.
