TFT Display Integration (GC9A01)

I'm interested in seeing if the new pi OS can support the GC9A01 display driver so we can use the circular tft displays.

Initial research doesn't look too promising without using a pre-bookworm OS.

This is working well. I have an example script that will draw a clock face.

Unfortunately the neopixels can't be used at the same time, but there is a second SPI bus on the Pi so I may be able to breakout both to allow simultaneous use.
