Na linha 33 do arquivo /protected/commands/BackupCommand.php, possui a tabela no backup:

pkg_cdr_failed_archive

Que não existem mais no banco de dados do Magnus Billing e estão fazendo o backup do crontab falhar.

Para simular o erro basta executar manualmente:
php /var/www/html/mbilling/cron.php Backup

[root@instance-20231004-2145 ~]# php /var/www/html/mbilling/cron.php Backup
mysqldump: Couldn't find table: "pkg_cdr_failed_archive"
tar: Removing leading `/' from member names
