The community generates a lot of memes that we are generally funny but are getting lost somewhere most of the time.
Me, as a community member, would appreciate having a feature of recalling them via asking Igar with
special command, i.e. "@IGAR meme".

What do you guys think of such feature?
If this gets 10 up votes, I will take over the implementation and testing.
