Feature: support for suyu as a runner.

Ability to use suyu as a runner will be nice as it usaly has better performance than ryujinx. Yes i know i can set a custom yuzu exacutable but this is easier.

We just need to ship a suyu build with optionally symlinking suyu to yuzu to keep compatibility with older lutris clients.
There is no need for a new runner.

Are there any advancement in the suyu development that would justify shipping a build to replace our current yuzu build?

Great but rename the runner in the ui.
