I have a 4k screen with quite a bit of default zoom, and the configure popup is basically unusable since it is too slim...

I don't have a 4k screen but the sth similar happens to me when the saka button is in the overflow menu. If it is in the main firefox toolbar then the settings window works as it should. I think this might be a limitation of Firefox that the Saka author would have to work around.
