[Windows GUI] latexocr: Hide Command Window and close to task bar #340

Hi,

programm works flawlessly, thanks for sharing it.

Are there any possibilities of adding 2 functions:

Hide command prompt when executing latexocr.exe on Windows machines?
Close latexocr to the taskbar so easily open it up when needed again during writing
