Unable to use other ssh functions after using ssh tunnel on Medis #273

I recently upgraded to Ventura, cannot say for sure if that's an issue, but if I use Medis via an ssh tunnel and then close Medis, I am then unable to push using Tower until I restart my computer. Perhaps a lock on the ssh file or something?

Hi @danpaulson 👋 ,

Sorry for the trouble! What's your Medis version? Does upgrading it solve the issue? Also, are you able to connect to your server with the ssh command on cli?

Sorry, obviously version# would help!

Version 2.9.1 (3072)

I'm still able to SSH from terminal and other apps (Termius), but for some reason Tower loses all functionality for pull/push after a connect. Tested it with a local connection and it was fine, the issue appears only for SSH tunnels. I also tested if it is only the ssh key in use by Medis that is affected, and it is not (ie, all Tower push/pull functionality is broken, regardless of key used).
