Node version will be deprecated

Hello, when trying out your action, I've noticed the node version will be deprecated:

Apply dynamic template changes
The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16: luigibertaco/dynamic-template-action@1.0.0. For more info: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-06-13-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node16-instead-of-node12-by-default/

If maintaining, should consider updating the version.

Hey @julijaciric thanks for the heads up, can you give it another go? I've updated it to use node16
