Esp32 cam with esp3d on ender 3

Hello,
I managed to flash the esp3d onto my esp board, but my printer doesn't seem to communicate with my esp.
I've used gpio 1 and 3 for uart, i've also read these sre used for booting, but since i have an sd card and a camera i suppose there are no other pins left? When the esp is disconnected from the printer it works i can see the web GUI and the red led is visible but when the esp is connected by uart directly to the converter chip the led doesn't light up and printer cant connect to esp3d, strangely the webgui is working in that case.
Do you have any ideas what went wrong?
I used configuration h from a yt tutorial, i think there is only one for esp32 cam, i tried changing the baudrate and other ender 3 firmwares and nothing works. I've also tried changing some settings in configuraton.

how do you power the esp32Cam ?

Okay, im not home rn, ill check but if uart is 3.3 what should I do then? Do I just try other rx tx pins on esp?

I've also read esp32 cam can take 5v on uart and it should regulate it

I've tried other boards, esp32 c3 supermini couldnt get it to connect to wifi, esp32 wroom32 devkit same issue didnt communicate with the printer. Maybe my configuration is bad but cant figure out what exactly is wrong
