Starting Tasks

  • Schedule workshop
  • Create Zoom room / Google Calendar invite
  • Make Drive folder for this workshop date / subject / group
  • Create blank Google Doc for notes
    • Example to duplicate linked here
    • (A) Attendees put down their names so we have record of headcount
    • (B) People can put notes / questions somewhere they can find again
  • Divvy up modules among team members
  • Do workshop
  • Add this workshop date / group to the workshop subject-specific post-survey
  • Send post-workshop feedback survey to attendees
  • Share Zoom recording, note docs, & workshop materials
    • Place the Zoom recording and note docs in the sub-folder created for this workshop event above
  • Record the workshop in our working-group-trainings spreadsheet and working-group-activities spreadsheet
