The tutorial group buttons display strings twice

To Reproduce

1. Go to Tutorial Groups Management
2. Create a tutorial group if there is no tutorial group.
3. See the tutorial group in the list, notice the false button names (strings twice)

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is for the buttons to show the strings once.
