[Feat]: Setting to Completely Disable Loading Effect in Table Component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the table component, whenever a query is executed, the table shows the loading effect.
Setting the "Loading" property to false does not change this behavior.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a setting for the component to disable to loading effect completely (i.e. the loading effect would never be visible)

Additional context
For scenarios where a query needs to be run periodically (e.g. live editing and seeing changes live), this becomes a problem as it is not a good user experience when the users keeps seeing the data in the table is reloading every second/few seconds.
