test case 3 is not working in coding studio for the book allocation problem that was discussed in lecture 15.

test case 3 is not working in coding studio for the book allocation problem that was discussed in lecture 15.
there is small catch to notice that is ,in allocateBooks function we have to check whether number of student is more than the numbe of books if true return -1;
