WIP: Translate to portuguese (pt-br)

First of all, thank you for this project! Its a very good product. Thanks for sharing.

I would like to contribute doing the translation to pt-br.

I will send you a PR with initial version of pt-br, ASAP. And invite a friend to review it.

Hi Leonardo,If you are interested in add a translation or improve the existing ones you can use weblate platform at: https://hosted.weblate.org/engage/loowid/ It will help you and us to handle better the translations. Once you did it I'll be merge the translation to Loowid.

Oh... I saw the weblate, but I didnt found the "New language" button before. My bad.
