This is a huge task, but it's something I desperately wanted to do and other services don't have an easy way to do it. The closest one was SAMMI/LB/Streamer.bot and they were the inspiration for the whole process.

Basic Alerts are simple to use and cool, but I would like to provide huge freedom in choosing how Alerts are executed. CustomAlert's job would be to provide means to freely develop/script Alerts.

TBD... Probably also to be turned into a separate Milestone.
