Can't import from Zotero while being offline

What Happened?

I don't have a stable internet connection and right now I have a DNS problem.
I found out that I can't import from Zotero while being offline, I don't know if it's a bug or meant to be this way.

I think logseq connects to my Zotero account while there is possibilities to interact directly with the Zotero software on the computer while it's open, like the Zotero add-on for Libreoffice.

I'm taking trying to take notes directly in logseq, I tried a workflow where I could work on Zotero and then import in logseq, but it's too tedious and it failed.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Disconnect from the internet or to reproduce exactly, delete the DNS configuration on your machine.
2. Have Zotero open
3. Type the Zotero command in logseq to import an element -> "/Zotero"
4. Wait for the time out with the error "Search error:"

Expected Behavior

It shows search results and let me select an article to import.

OS: Linux Mint 21 x86_64
Logseq: 0.8.10
Zotero: 6.0.15

is it possible to have obsidian citation like experienc？，that using better bibtex plugin in zotero toexport json files that could be read by logseq locally

Just found out about a plugin that is inspired by the obsidian citation. It's not as clear and powerful as the actual Zotero integration, but it does the job -> logseq-citation-manager

And I found a post, that talk about how to implement Zotero offline functionalities.

Hi, I created another "Zotero-importing" plugin that basically serves as a duplicate of logseq's native /Zotero command, but offline.
You have to install a plugin on your Zotero client too, but nothing else is required.
