How do I set electron flags for logseq in a way that the configuration doesn't spread across the whole file system?

For example, I'd like to run logseq with:

logseq --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland --gtk-version=4

How can I store these argument so that I don't have to type them all the time in a terminal?

BTW, when I run logseq with --gtk-version=4, it fails because GTK 2/3 symbols detected. Using GTK 2/3 and GTK 4 in the same process is not supported

I don't want my configs to spread all across the filesystem. Do I have a way to do that inside logseq? e.g. in configs.edn?

@glyh Creating or modifying the existing desktop entry should do, like @wanicca suggested. You might also have to enable WaylandWindowDecorations to fix the native title bar problem (related issue #5010).

Your logseq.desktop should look something like this
