How to block refreshing the application through cmd + r

I have a habit of frequently pressing cmd + r, which can be quite bothersome when using logseq.
Is there a way to prevent the page from refreshing when pressing cmd + r?

This is a macOS trick.

Launch System Preferences.
Click the Keyboard icon.
Click the Shortcuts Tab.
Click App Shortcuts.
Click the little +.

In Menu title, fill in "Reload"
Select "Logseq", and use another shortcut.

Are there any less tricky methods to solve it? Or is having a cmd + r shortcut in logseq a necessary thing?
Is there some way to provide a switch in logseq, or bind it with developer mode?

Logseq uses the system-wide "View" menu from macOS(webkit/browser app has a pre-defined View menu, which registers the cmd+r for Reload page).
This is the preferred way to add the app menu. It'll be more complex to write a customizable menu.
