A query by combining properties from 2 child blocks to get a parent block

[GSTbyMM]

1. There are 2 parent blocks with 2 child blocks each.
2. When I query to get a particular parent block with properties from child blocks - it shows "no matched results"

WHY? Is there any mistake in the query or in the settings?

PS: Pages and Blocks both are enabled in query settings.
