investigate std::vector bindings

          this fix hide something really weird. We should investigate if some change in pinocchio 3 std::vector binding can impact the crocoddyl std::vector management.

Is there any update regarding this?

We are experiencing issues with our MPC library using Pinocchio 3 on OSX. Our library depends on ndcurves as well.
