Describe the bug

长时间传输大量文件时，不可逆转的传输速率下降。取消，关闭，重启后速率恢复。 然后问题依旧。

To reproduce

1. 发送文件夹
2. 文件超过500个
3. 总量超过20GB
4. 小的少的没试过。

Expected behavior

如果速率丢失不可避免， 中断后重启传输， 可以继续上次为完成的部分继续。
而不是全新的再次传送。（或者给出配置项目）目标文件夹文件名重名会导致，文件件被赋予新名字。 文件重复。
