Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's frustrating having to individually select each piece of media within a given album. A “select all” feature would work wonders here.

When receiving multiple media files, give the user an option to create an album first instead of just placing all received media files in camera roll.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. When selecting media in iOS within a given album (e.g., Hawaii vacation album), please add the ability to instantly “select all” media within album as opposed to the current way, which is individually selecting each piece of media. If there are 300 pieces of media in that album, selecting each piece of media one-by-one is not fun.
  2. When receiving media to iOS, have the option to save media to a specific album. Example: Friend wants to send 300 pictures to iOS user from a recent trip to Hawaii. Instead of just dumping all 300 pictures to the camera roll, give iOS user the option to first create a “Hawaii vacation” album and then save those 300 pictures to that “Hawaii vacation” album. If this is not technically possible, then give iOS user the option to have all media received automatically saved to “LocalSend” album and then iOS user can just simply rename “LocalSend” album to “Hawaii vacation” album. See attached pics for visual demo. Point being, mass media transfers should not just be auto dumped to the camera roll, but some sort of option should exist to place all that media in an album first should iOS user desire such an option. If not, then you're stuck selecting 300 pictures from your camera roll in order to create and place all those pics in a “Hawaii vacation” album. Not fun.
