Create an end effector subsystem. Driven by one Neo 550(so a SparkMax). Make stopMotor and runMotor methods. If you have used AdvantageKit before, make the standard IO/real/simulated/subsystem classes, but if not, it's fine and someone else can add it later.

Examples of roller subsystems:
