tag 0.3.0-rc1 is 2019 dated

Hi jalcim,
you should use cmake with -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DENABLE_ABC=1 -DENABLE_OPENSTA=1 for the project. It worked for me

Thanks i gonna try this evening.
I have forget all about this tool now

I see its a abandonned repository now.
They probably stop to maintain it
