Confounders, cellQ

Dear Miss Jerby,

Thanks for your tool. I had some a question regarding it as I'm trying to implement it on my single-cell dataset. What is this CellQ that you have mentioned in the documentation? I'm assuming it's the cell quality, but I'm not sure how you get these exact values? I also don't have any confounders in my dataset.

I have also the same question. As it seems that CellQ is a required parameter in make.cell.type function
