Queue status

I've successfully added thousands of links from a bookmark html file.
it took some time but finished successfully (comparing totals).
Now, when I look up preservation for a link, it shows it is in the queue

How do I see the status of the queue?
How do I even know if it is running?
A progress bar would be nice.

Or at least a CLI command.

Have same problem, but I added just several links, and it shows it is in the queue. But hours passed, and it's not clear is it some problem with queue or not.
